  • If you have a First Citizen Citi Credit Card, the First Citizen Reward Points earned against purchases made on the Credit Card (Silver Edge, Golden Glow & Titanium) are automatically transferred to Shoppers Stop after each monthly billing cycle and will reflect in the First Citizen account after that.

Order and Delivery Status

Order status

Upon successful redemption, E-Voucher link and pin will be sent on registered mobile number and email address within 2 working days of receipt of the order on the Citibank Rewards Catalog.

Delivery address

E-vouchers will be delivered to the registered email id and mobile number of the card member maintained on our records

Delivery didn’t happen

If delivery of voucher via SMS and email on the registered contact details is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the said Reward Points redemption request will be cancelled, and the Reward Points will be credited back to the Card member's account within 5 working days.

Ways to cancel order

Once you have made your redemption request, your order cannot be cancelled.

Change in the items, after ordered

You cannot change the items you have selected once the order has been placed, even if the reward points being redeemed are same.

Adjustments against Card outstanding

You can redeem your reward points against Card outstanding and it is applicable on Citi Rewards Card, IndianOil Citi Platinum/Titanium Card and Citi Prestige Card only.

How do I place such a request

Click here to Login to Citi Online and place a request:

  • Select 'Your Queries' on the left navigation panel
  • Choose the Credit Card on which you want to redeem points
  • Choose the category 'Reward points / Redemption related'
  • State the number of points you want to redeem
